Customer Service Representative - BNT Onehunga

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.



What the role involves:

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
