Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaker) | Remote in Portugal

In this role, you will interact with customers in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, provide the right solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience – all from the comfort of your home in Portugal.

Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests
Provide information about products, orders and services
Support customers with account, payment and delivery-related questions
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic support
