Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, and service support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and quality standards are met.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
