Responsibilities
- Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.
- Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.
- Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Must be Assoc Undergrad/Graduate, and/or College Undergrad/Graduate - educational attainment
- With or without BPO Experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
- Willing to work on-site (Taguig)
