Customer Service Representative (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Marymount/Bishan Responsibilities: Provide support to the sales department Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release Verify all related costs and charges Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
