Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support automotive dealerships and clients.
Responsibilities
- Attend calls and respond to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Follow up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Make reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Update databases, draft reports, and create summaries.
