**What You'll Be Doing**

This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service; receiving and processing orders, direct communication with truck drivers and customers, follow up and problem solve orders when necessary, and provide efficient and professional service to drivers and customers.

+ Provide exceptional customer and driver support by processing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
+ Manage high‑volume calls and communications with truck drivers and plant personnel across 12 scale locations.
+ Issue accurate tickets, maintain organized transaction records, and process overweight permits daily.
