Our client, is a Financial Solutions company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Market A/B for their Wayne, MI /Des Moines, IA/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Customer Service Representative’s main function is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer's inquiries via the phone are answered appropriately and timely. Responsibilities that are an outcome of this service may include processing payments made by phone, updating and maintaining customer accounts and providing appropriate information to vendors.
+ Efficiently address customer and vendor needs through answering inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a call center environment.
+ Respond to customer request providing confirmation/information within the required timeframe.
+ Request lease payoff quotes and provide conditional sales buyout quotes.
+ Process payment requests and answer payment inquiries.
