Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, or related fields is an advantage
- Good command of English is required
- Bahasa Malaysia is required
- Mandarin is an added advantage
- Bilingual or trilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer service systems is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
