CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for our next CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for the Operations team in London Heathrow, UK. The aim of this role is to assist all areas of the Airport operational activities providing great customer service to our clients whilst supporting the achievement of Operational KPIs.

There’s no routine here — every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support areas of our operation including check in, baggage, ticket desk, flight dispatch, etc.
• To provide excellent customer service skills at all times.
• To observe the mission, vision and company values and to follow the company’s procedures and processes when serving customers.
• Communicate any delays to our customers as required.
• Prioritize clients with Special needs.
