- Coordinates patient screenings and follow-ups with Front Desk and Reception.
- Analyzes and reports survey results.
- Manages patient flow and escalates issues to supervisors.
- Handles new patient intake for tests and staff.
- Prepares clinic facilitates and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Resolves operational issues with the supervisors to prevent delays.
- Enhances efficiency and patient satisfaction by monitoring and improving procedures.
Job Qualifications
- College undergraduate or graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree.
- Self Starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Quality Focus and Analyzing information
- Very Good Communication Skills and Documentation Skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
