Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing the first contact with the customer.
- Provides committed delivery dates for the requested product.
- Provides quotations and official pricing to customers according to contracts and/or negotiated prices.
- Receives customer orders.
- Provides updates and reschedules delivery dates.
- Collects customer satisfaction information and conducts service surveys.
- Provides and follows up on committed delivery dates.
- Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
- Manages internal company processes related to shipments.
- Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive and dynamic.
