Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience OR a college graduate (No prior experience required)
- Excellent English communication and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Merville, Parañaque
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
