Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration

Location: Ascension Calumet Hospital

Shift: Monday and Friday's 6:30am-3pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday would be 10:30am-7pm. Working every 4th weekend 7:30am-4pm
