- Order Management: Answering high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
- Real-Time Support: Managing our Shopify Chat to assist customers while they shop, helping to convert browsers into buyers.
- Social Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality.
