Customer Service Representative - Technical Support

You’ll play an important role ensuring our products and equipment are prepared, packed and delivered accurately for customer trials and workshops. This role is about more than logistics — it’s about being reliable, solutions-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.

**The Role:**

+ Support the day-to-day operations of our Demo team by preparing, packing and coordinating equipment for customer demonstrations, trials and workshops.
+ Ensure all equipment is handled with care and accuracy, including unpacking returned products, cycle counting inventory, and maintaining high standards.
+ Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives and internal teams to coordinate requests, solve problems and ensure equipment is delivered on time and in full.
