Opportunity Description

What you will do


As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Ensure proper claim handling for Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM);

  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in PM and AM supply chain service levels using the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) to ensure smooth order processing;

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly related to customer satisfaction;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished goods inventory levels;

  • We believe you have

  • Availability to work on a temporary contract for 10 months;

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent;

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Proficiency in Spanish. Basic level of English;
