Company in Central El Paso seeking a Customer Service Representative M-F 7:30am-4pm @ $15.00 CSR responsibilities include the following: Manage both written and verbal communications with precision and accuracy in a timely manner. Create orders that contain documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, Pack Lists) for delivering products. Perform receiving/releasing activities for warehouse deliveries. Conduct inventory audits of product using manual and electronic methods. Provide proof of delivery of customers' products. Receive/release railcars into a database. File, copy, and scan documents. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Employee must be proficient in English, but Spanish is a plus. Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
