Customer Service Representative

About the role

We’re seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks office in Toowoomba, Queensland. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Answer inbound calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Assist in the development and growth of the Austral Bricks business as a front-line company representative.
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
• Provide assistance to the Sales Representative.
