- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchase decisions
- Providing excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Upselling and cross‑selling products and services to maximize revenue
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
