Opportunity Description
Position Overview
This role is responsible for providing sales support to customers and internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities include expediting orders, preparing quotes, processing orders, restocking, and troubleshooting customer issues.
This is not a high-volume, call-center-style customer service position. Instead, it focuses on handling customized orders and responding to client-specific inquiries. The role requires collaboration with internal teams such as engineering and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing primarily on data entry while learning internal systems and product lines. Daily work will involve using Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
