Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Vietnamese- and English-speaking clients
• Handle customer concerns via phone, email, or chat
• Translate documents or conversations when needed
• Support the team with administrative or project-based tasks
• Maintain professionalism and quality in service delivery

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Background in Customer Service
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English
• Work visa is either completed or in the final stages of processing
• Excellent communication skills , strong commitment , and high energy
