Customer Service Representative/18k/Makati City

Job Responsibilities:

Attends togeneral inquiries, facilitates out-patient

availments through the 24/7 Hotline.

 Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges

through the 24/7 Hotline.

 Secures medical documents related to hotline

transactions as deemed necessary.

 Billing and payment verification

 Cross-departmental Collaboration

 Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate

superior





Qualifications:

 Graduate of any 4-YEAR Bachelor of Science course.

 Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)

 With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.

 With good communication skills.

 Willing to work on a rotational shift.

 With the good internet connection

 With Computer/Desktop equipment
