Responsibilities
- Give complete information to all walk‑in customers.
- Answer telephonic inquiries regarding procedures and services.
- Provide friendly consultation to assist customers in selecting training programs as per their eligible needs.
- Check and verify required documents.
- Enter details in company software for computerized registrations.
- Handle special requests proposed by customers.
- Navigate customers to other departments ensuring hassle‑free service.
- Promote occupational health and safety within the organization.
- 3‑4 years of customer service experience in UAE.
- Fluency in English is a must; Urdu and Arabic languages are a plus.
