Customer Service Representatives for our Taxi Booking Account to start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and placing a booking

• Managing bookings through multiple platforms

• Handling driver queries

• Diverting any lost property or fare charge discrepancies

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Ability to navigate through different tools
• Some admin experience is a plus but not critical
• Travel bookings experience is a plus but not critical
• Taxi booking experience is a plus but not critical
• Must be flexible to work any shift (mid shift, night shift) and work on weekends
