Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to retirement accounts
- Assist clients with account inquiries, contributions, withdrawals, rollovers, and distributions
- Explain retirement plan options, policies, and procedures clearly to customers
- Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
