Your role

You will act as a customer advocate within our organization — ensuring the highest level of service and smooth order execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will also gain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and have a real impact on the overall customer experience.

What will you do?

• handle customer inquiries and monitor order status (including order creation and entry into the system)
• verify transport costs against financial documentation
