The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at RS, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive customer experience while building strong, long-term relationships.

In this role, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, coordinate closely with internal teams, and ensure customers are guided to the right solutions quickly and efficiently. Your work will be central to maintaining high service standards and supporting RS’s continued success.
