The Position - Customer Service Specialist We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at a lead manufacturer of professional sewer and drain cleaning equipment. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product questions, order support, and troubleshooting while delivering a high level of service.
