Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) for subcontracted products.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to meet production schedules and shipment timelines.
- Manage order confirmations and expedite urgent subcontracting shipments.
- Monitor capacity utilization and align demand with subcontractor capability.
- Analyze demand and drive subcontracting allocation planning.
- Coordinate material readiness and ensure timely supply to subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor production loading.
- Track WIP across subcontractors and ensure smooth production flow.
- Liaise with subcontractors on schedule changes, pull-ins, and pushouts.
- Resolve operational issues impacting delivery or capacity. Preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels at subcontractor sites and internal warehouses.
