Opportunity Description
Fluent or Native English written and spoken **(80% minimum)**:
- Living in CDMX
- Open to come to the office at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor degree
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and develop understandings from our users; leverage communications to improve user experience
- Facilitate communities (group of users) growth and activity
- Communicate and establish relationships with communities users of various levels
- Expand communities user group participation and grow existing participation rates through calls and message distribution
- Work cross-collaboratively ensuring timely participation of communities in daily, weekly and monthly activities
- Analysis of communities activities and interaction behavior to provide weekly insights, leveraging these insights to drive the business forward
**Key Responsibilities**
- Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service and account management with high customer volume
