Responsibilities:
Handling & Replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and/a live clients.
Maintaining customer relations.
Providing feedback to Supervisor/head on customers' needs/feedback.
Preparing & Generating reports relating to customers' queries.
Researching into customers problems and providing practical solutions
Researching into any games/match/event information & statistics.
Recording customers queries/concerns into the systems
Data entries of event results into the system
And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Dept. Requirements:
