Customer Service Supervisor for Catering

Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Service Supervisor in our catering and take-out establishment. We only offer pick-up services, ensuring a focused work environment without dine-in.
We seek an enthusiastic supervisor with at least two years of experience in similar roles. You will take phone orders and manage online app orders, ensuring timely food handoffs for walk-in customers. Catering orders require close attention, especially during morning and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take orders from walk-in customers and phone calls
• Hand off prepared food to customers at pick-up
• Coordinate kitchen schedules for timely order delivery
• Process catering orders with attention to detail
• Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• BC driver's license is an asset
• Fluent English communication skills
• Available from 3 PM to 9:30 PM, excluding Mondays
