  • Contribute to the implementation and testing of changes, developments, enhancements and/or new releases to the SAP solution.

  • Support the development and maintenance of the application solution work instruction documentation: English and local language.

  • Act as a communication bridge between IT application team and end users, to provide relevant information regarding new developments, releases, incident and/or resolutions.

  • Participate, as a business resource for the implementation of IT oriented project such as roll out, release, new functionalities etc as agreed with and approved by line manager.

  • Attend online Yara ERP training, seminars and meetings.

  • Transfer issues and queries that cannot be resolved at super user level to IT support services. Assist in testing and communicating the solution to the end user.
