Customer Solution Engineer - Projects

Provides technical expertise on the optimal KONE product for the customer, translating customer needs into product-specific requirements and coordinating all engineering work until project handover.

• Collaborate with sales to find optimal KONE products for non-standard or engineering requirements; select the correct product platform and ensure competitive offers.
• Perform product planning and costing for supply line, installation, maintenance, and project management; provide accurate product costings in non‑standard cases.
• Develop detailed custom product plans for non‑standard cases; create specifications for corporate and local materials; conduct initial and revised energy calculations and simple traffic analyses.
• Lead technical site surveys and prepare technical content of orders between MS 0b and MS 2z.
