We’re looking for flexible, customer‑focused people to join our Tauranga Advice Centre network on a casual, on‑call basis.

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll support customers with a wide range of everyday banking needs — building genuine connections, listening to what matters, and guiding them to the right solutions.

You’ll play an important role in helping customers feel confident using our digital and self‑service tools, while ensuring our branches run smoothly day‑to‑day.
