Designation - Technical support specialist

Location - Jaipur

Shifts - Rotational shifts (Night shift )


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support – Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
  • Technical troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Documentation – Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Service quality – Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaboration – Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuous improvement – Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
