Customer Success Manager - Public Cloud Financial Solutions
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Specialist Customer Success Partner (CSP) – o CFO (office of the CFO) has overall responsibility for the daily management of assigned Cloud customer accounts, including account management strategies and engagement and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth. The role focuses on maximizing customer value through SAP oCFO solution adoption, ensuring customers deploy and use all entitled subscription software. The sCSM serves as the primary customer point of contact and maintains satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management. The sCSM is responsible for revenue retention within their portfolio and effective positioning of the specific Line of Business value proposition to support adoption of our solutions and services.
