We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a Lifestyle & Corporate Services Company based in Dubai on a permanent basis.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 15,000 AED/month

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, Employee Engagement, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience managing corporate clients and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
