We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the treasury and capital markets space that is looking to hire a Korean-speaking Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with clients across the APAC region.
This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the post-sales lifecycle, driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention
