Job Summary
You will be the leader to a team of school support personnel to provide end-user computing support to schools. You are professional and experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration. You will be responsible to conduct regular customer visits, manage and counsel support personnel. You will also assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel. You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services. You will also coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.
