Your role at Clorox:

You will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers (CSCMs) and ensuring high quality, consistent decision making across customer portfolios.

This role sits between execution and strategy, ensuring CSCMs effectively own customer outcomes within a 0–12-month horizon, while translating enterprise strategy into clear operating models, decision frameworks, and scalable ways of working.

You will play a critical role in elevating capability across the organization by strengthening analytics, cost to serve discipline, and trade off decision quality, while reducing escalation and increasing ownership at the CSCM level.
