Hours: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am EST, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (with flexibility for occasional peak hours)

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the weekend. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting with product selection
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
