- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
