Morning/Evening or Night Shift 9 hours shift 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Manage Email Queries, Live Chat and Calls with international clients
• Proficiency in computer operations and using MS Office and Excel
• Can manage and train subordinates on projects for which he gets expertise
• No sales, targets, or commission-based work

Compensation

Market competitive salary based on relevant experience and interview upto 55000

Job Specification

Qualification and Experience

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, Richpanel, and Kustomer type CRM
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer support role or supervision
• Availability for Evening or Night or Mmorning Shifts
