Opportunity Description
Geneve 1989 is hiring a Customer Support specialist to join our online sales team for luxury watches and jewelry. Our offices are in the south of Gran Canaria.
This role is built for someone who has started their career in customer support and wants to grow into a management position in the luxury industry. You will work directly with international clients, learn the world of high-end watches and jewelry from the inside, and build the experience you need to lead the customer experience from sales to fulfillment and after-sales.
What you will do
• Advise and sell to clients over phone, video call, WhatsApp, live chat, and email
• Help customers choose the right watch or piece of jewelry
• Follow up on leads and close sales
