Customer Support Manager
Location: Schaumburg, IL (On-Site)
Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 Base + Benefits
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial products in the Schaumburg area that is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead its customer service and inside sales support team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing organization serving OEMs, distributors, and industrial manufacturing customers.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B manufacturing, inside sales support, customer operations leadership, and team development. This individual must be comfortable interacting with manufacturing customers, discussing technical products and applications, driving accountability, and leading a high-performing team in a KPI-driven environment.
