Customer Support Officer

Job Details: Location: Kaki Bukit, Shun Li Industrial Park
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: Rotating Shift
(Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week
Permanent Night Shift
(10pm-7am), off 2 days per week
Night Shift Allowance: $10 per night shift
On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm)
Job Description Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
Liaise with the operation coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
Answer and record all incoming requisition from customers
Disseminate work requests to operation teams
Updating of work orders and schedules
Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
Data entry of records
Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors
