Customer Support Representative (APAC Market) - Shift
Contract until 31 Dec , subject to extension Office location: Fusionopolis (Hybrid) 10am to 7pm & 1pm to 10pm (Rotating shift, 4 days work week.)
The Opportunity
Manage customer inquiries through email and social media. Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service cases. Build long-term customer relationships. Maintain and update internal knowledge base documents. Your Background
