Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Female CSR for our USA night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the international BPO/E-commerce industry, working directly with North American customers.
Key Responsibilities
Real-time Support: Manage high-volume inquiries during peak USA shopping hours.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and explain technical or product-specific details to customers.
Coordination: Sync with the morning team to ensure all pending US queries are resolved.
Requirements
Neutral/International Accent: Ability to communicate clearly with US-based callers.
Resilience: Ability to work late-night hours consistently.
Education: Minimum O/A-Levels or Graduation.
